What is Online Arts Therapy?
Online arts therapy offers a gentle, creative space to explore what’s going on inside — especially when words alone aren’t enough. You don’t need to be “artistic” or have any experience — just a willingness to show up and be curious.
As an integrative arts psychotherapist, I work online with people around the world who are navigating transitions, overwhelm, grief, identity questions, or simply a sense that something’s not quite right.
I’m trained to work with 7 different forms of art which I’ve adapted to working online.
Our sessions can include talking, image making, writing, and body-based reflection, always at your pace. Whether you’re seeking insight, release, or grounding, this is a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone.…
Therapy with me is person-centred, creative, and trauma-informed.
No art skills required. Just bring yourself.
Who I work with
I work especially well with people navigating transition — whether that’s moving countries, changing careers, exploring identity, or processing climate emotions.
Many of my clients are globally minded humans. Third culture kids, expats, remote workers, creatives, or people who live across cultures.
I also support individuals who are:
Grappling with eco-anxiety or climate despair
Choosing to live childfree
Exploring sobriety or redefining their relationships
Feeling overwhelmed by modern life and want to slow down
If some of this sounds like you — you’re in the right place.
My Approach
I offer an integrative, collaborative, and depth-oriented approach to therapy, blending talking with creativity, metaphor, and body awareness when it’s helpful.
I’m trained in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy, which means we might use a variety of tools to help explore the therapeutic process using images, dreams, story, or movement to help with what’s going on inside, especially when words are hard to find.
I work relationally, with warmth and care, and I adapt therapy to meet you where you are, culturally, emotionally, and practically.
Common Issues I work with
Some of the issues I support clients with include:
Anxiety and overwhelm
Burnout and exhaustion
Identity and belonging
Climate anxiety and eco-grief
Depression and low mood
Grief, loss, and transitions
Creative blocks and self-worth struggles
Childhood trauma and relational wounds
You don’t need a diagnosis to begin therapy — just a sense that something isn’t working, and a willingness to explore that gently.
