Integrative Arts Psychotherapy is a creative approach to therapy that goes beyond words. When feelings are hard to express, we can use art, imagery, metaphor, dreams, or movement to explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
I’m trained in seven art forms — including visual art, story, drama, clay, poetry, music, and bodywork — and adapt these tools for online sessions. You don’t need to be artistic; just open to using creativity as a way of understanding yourself more deeply.
Many clients enjoy working creatively between sessions too — using writing, drawing or reflection prompts that we can explore together.

Integrative Arts Therapy gives you space to express yourself through familiar and creative forms — like images, metaphor, movement, music, or story. This can be especially helpful when you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or struggling to name what’s going on.
Think about how it feels to lose yourself in a film, a poem, or a piece of music — how it helps you connect to something deeper. In therapy, we use that same power of the arts to explore your emotions, support self-understanding, and process what feels stuck.
You don’t need to be “creative” or “good at art” — just curious.

My standard fee is £85 per session, with some concession spaces available depending on your circumstances or employment status.
Sessions are booked and paid for online using a simple, secure system — no matter where in the world you are.

Our first session will be a one-hour assessment via Zoom. You’ll just need:
A stable internet connection
A quiet, private space where you feel safe and won’t be interrupted
Creating a comfortable environment is key — especially if we’ll be meeting regularly. A space that feels yours can make a big difference in how supported and open you feel in sessions.

I work with a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges — but often, they’re rooted in the complex experiences of globally mobile, cross-cultural, or “in-between” lives.
Many of my clients feel like they don’t fully belong anywhere. Some struggle with building lasting relationships, navigating cultural transitions, or carrying stress from the emotional instability that comes with frequent change. These challenges can manifest in many ways.
I have experience working with:
Anxiety and panic
Depression and low mood
Stress and burnout
Trauma and PTSD
Bereavement and complicated grief
Addiction and substance use
Eating disorders
Anger and emotional regulation
Abuse and relational trauma
Work-related stress and adjustment difficulties
If you're not sure whether your experience fits into a specific label — that's okay. You don’t need a diagnosis to begin.
-
Our first session will be a 60-minute assessment. After that, regular sessions are 50 minutes long.
How often we meet depends on your needs and lifestyle. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, but we’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels manageable and supportive — and we’ll review that plan as we go.
-
I understand that life — especially globally mobile life — can be unpredictable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, just email me as soon as you can. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer the slot to someone else.
I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes and find a new time that works for you.

If you’re living abroad, moving often, or navigating life across cultures, online therapy can offer the consistency and flexibility you need.
We can meet wherever you are in the world — no need to start over every time you relocate. It’s accessible, secure, and well-suited to globally mobile lives.
Many people find online sessions just as effective as in-person therapy — and often more convenient.
-
Yes — research consistently shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy, especially for issues like anxiety, depression, and stress.
What matters most is the quality of the relationship and the fit with your therapist. If you're living a globally mobile life, online therapy offers consistent, flexible support — wherever you are in the world.
-
Short answer: Not at all.
The sessions are process lead not skills based so you’re fine.
-
Yes, absolutely. Get in touch and we’ll find a time that works for us both.

I’m best suited to working with individuals in one-to-one therapy.
I don’t offer couples therapy, but I do occasionally run one-off workshops and group spaces — often focused on nervous system support, climate emotions, or creative reflection.
